These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the R6Sync Discord bot (the “Bot”).

By using, installing, inviting, or interacting with R6Sync, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Bot and, if needed, request removal of associated data through the Support Server (see §14 and the Privacy Policy).

In case of conflict on a data-protection topic, the Privacy Policy prevails for that topic. Discord’s terms prevail for anything within Discord’s platform control.

2. Service Description

R6Sync is a Discord automation and analytics Bot related to Rainbow Six Siege. Features may include, depending on configuration and availability:

• Retrieval and display of game statistics (via Stats.cc)
• Profile / stats card generation
• Role synchronization across servers where the Bot is present
• Badge and related cosmetic role management
• Dashboard-based customization
• Anti-abuse helpers and Banwatch-related signals
• Premium user features
• Server administration automations (setup, settings, logs, verification, etc.)

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be limited by permissions, or be unavailable without liability.

R6Sync is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft, Discord, or Stats.cc.

3. Eligibility

To use the Bot, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country / by Discord)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines
• Not be banned or blocked from the R6Sync system

The Bot (and its operator) may refuse, limit, or withdraw service to any user acting abusively, maliciously, or in breach of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When interacting with R6Sync, you agree to:

• Use the Bot lawfully and responsibly
• Not exploit, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Bot for unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to bypass Premium or other access restrictions
• Not spam, flood, or overload the Bot or its dependencies
• Not manipulate, falsify, or interfere with API responses or Stats.cc data used by the Bot
• Respect rate limits and fair-use constraints imposed by Discord, Stats.cc, and R6Sync
• Ensure that servers you administer are configured safely (permissions, roles, channels)

You are responsible for actions taken through or with the Bot under your Discord account or under servers you control.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use R6Sync to:

• Harass, dox, intimidate, threaten, or target others
• Cheat, exploit game systems, or assist others in cheating
• Automate harmful actions (spam, raids, mass pings, disruption)
• Collect or scrape data about other users without a lawful basis / consent where required
• Host, distribute, or operate a modified, cloned, or unofficial version of the Bot claiming to be R6Sync
• Impersonate R6Sync, its staff, or its brand
• Violate Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law

5.1 Enforcement

Violations may result in one or more of the following, without prior notice where reasonably necessary:

• Temporary or permanent block from Bot features
• Removal or forced unlink of linked accounts
• Revocation of Premium or other privileges
• Removal of the Bot from a server
• Report to Discord Trust & Safety or other competent channels

6. Data Processing & Privacy

R6Sync processes limited data required to operate the service. Handling of personal data is described in the R6Sync Privacy Policy.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that R6Sync may, as needed to provide features:

• Process your Discord user ID and related Discord identifiers necessary for commands and linking
• Retrieve publicly available (or otherwise authorized) Rainbow Six Siege / Stats.cc profile data associated with a linked account
• Store preferences and service state (for example themes, badge choices, Premium status, guild settings)
• Log operational, error, and security events for reliability and abuse prevention

R6Sync does not intend to store:

• Your IP address as a normal product feature
• Discord messages that are not part of Bot interactions / support workflows
• Ubisoft account credentials
• Emails, phone numbers, or payment card data in the Bot itself (payments, if any, are handled by Discord / platform checkout flows)

7. Account Linking

Users may link a Stats.cc / game profile through /link, the dashboard, or equivalent flows.

By linking, you authorize R6Sync to:

• Retrieve the relevant game / profile data available through Stats.cc for that identity
• Use that data to display stats and generate profile cards
• Apply synchronized roles on servers where you are a member and where the Bot is configured to do so

7.1 Unlinking

You may unlink at any time via /unlink or the dashboard.

Unlinking typically:

• Removes the active Stats.cc / game account link from your Discord user in R6Sync
• Removes R6Sync-managed roles in servers where the Bot can do so (subject to Discord permissions and hierarchy)
• Disables features that require an active link

Some Discord-side preferences, badges, logs, or moderation records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. A full erasure request can be made through the Support Server where applicable under GDPR / privacy rights.

8. Premium Features

Premium provides optional enhancements such as:

• Exclusive themes or personalization options
• View-tracking / related Premium roles (where enabled by a server)
• Additional badge or cosmetic access
• Other advanced features announced in-product

Premium is a per-user privilege (and/or entitlement delivered through Discord’s commerce features where applicable). It is not a guaranteed service level, SLA, or promise of uninterrupted availability.

Attempts to bypass, share fraudulently, or abuse Premium restrictions may result in revocation and/or a ban from the Bot.

Refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing follow Discord’s applicable commerce / purchase policies when Premium is sold through Discord.

9. Server Synchronization

Where enabled by a server’s administrators, the Bot may synchronize roles for linked users across mutual servers when:

• The Bot is installed on the server
• The user is a member of that server
• The relevant synchronization modules are enabled

Depending on local settings, synchronization may include:

• Rank-based roles
• Seasonal / max-rank roles
• Match-count range roles
• View-count roles (Premium-related, where applicable)
• Platform roles
• Badge roles

The Bot respects each server’s local configuration. Synchronization may be skipped or partial if permissions are insufficient, roles are missing/misconfigured, or Discord rate limits apply.

Server administrators are responsible for role hierarchy, permissions, and the consequences of enabling automation on their guild.

10. Anti-Abuse & Banwatch

R6Sync may include detection or signaling related to:

• Suspicious or abusive Bot usage
• Accounts flagged through Stats.cc or similar third-party signals
• Public Banwatch / ban-related indicators used by the Bot’s features

A flagged user may, depending on server configuration:

• Receive a Banwatch (or similar) role
• Trigger a log notification for moderators
• Be temporarily restricted from certain Bot features

Important: R6Sync does not issue Ubisoft / in-game bans. It only reflects third-party or platform signals for Discord-side moderation helpers. Accuracy is not guaranteed; moderators should verify before taking irreversible action.

11. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R6Sync, its operator, and its staff are not liable for:

• Loss of data, roles, nicknames, or server configuration
• Inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated Stats.cc / third-party data
• Downtime, outages, or degraded performance
• Misuse of the Bot by users or server admins
• Damages resulting from synchronization errors or misconfiguration
• Actions of server moderators or Discord itself
• Security incidents originating from Discord or other external services

You use the Bot at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory local law (including, where applicable, certain consumer rights in the EU/EEA).

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

• R6Sync
• Its operator / developer(s)
• Its staff

from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Bot, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of Discord’s rules or applicable law — except to the extent caused by R6Sync’s own willful misconduct where such limitation is not allowed.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to, at any time:

• Suspend or ban individual users
• Disable or modify features
• Remove or refuse server-wide access
• Sunset or discontinue the Bot entirely

with or without prior notice, where operationally or legally appropriate.

Premium features do not guarantee permanence, priority support, or continued availability of any specific feature after discontinuation or policy changes.

14. Updates to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

The Last updated date at the top is the reference version date.

Material changes will be announced via the Support Server (announcement and/or pinned message) when reasonably practicable.

Continued use of R6Sync after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
